This is a true polished professional performance of Midsummer by the SF Ballet. I've seen it numerous times with NYC Ballet, and this is totally on a par with the New York City Ballet standard. The Balanchine Trust requires that a Balanchine trained former dancer be hired to supervise the technical aspects, so that every company that dances a Balanchine ballet remains true to Balanchine's original intent.

Just saw Jasmine Jimison in Swan Lake. She was spectacular--I've only seen Marianela Nuñez dance it so beautifully.

I saw Tiit and Molly dance the leads in La Fille Mal Gardee with Birmingham Royal Ballet many years ago and they were both sublime in the principal roles. Wishing him a happy retirement.
